I do not have any positions open however I am available if students want more information regarding the profession and specialty areas I may work in. There is potential for volunteer positions in the future but it would have to go through the head of the private practice I work with for approval.
- About: Hi I'm Lauren and I am a Registered Dietitian! I work in both clinical and outpatient care settings. I attended school in Buffalo, NY at D'Youville College where I obtained both my BS and MS in Dietetics along with my internship credits. From there I traveled to California to do contract work with local Skilled Nursing and Rehab facilities. More recently I have come back to the east coast and am working per diem with Care One LLC at Skilled Nursing Facilities and an LTACH (Long Term Acute Care Hospital). I have also started working part time with Courage to Nourish as an outpatient eating disorder dietitian. I absolutely love the work that I do as an RD and am always interested in new experiences in the field and new populations to work with.
